Are you seeking serenity and beauty in the heart of Shanghai? The Yu Garden is the place to go! With this ticket, you'll discover a haven of peace where classical Chinese architecture merges with nature—a magical place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city!
Why Visit the Yu Garden?
With this ticket, you'll have direct access to the Yu Garden, a true masterpiece of classical Chinese landscaping dating back to the Ming Dynasty. You'll be able to explore this space at your own pace, without a guide, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in its tranquil and contemplative atmosphere. The visit usually lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, which is plenty of time to admire every detail at your leisure.
As you pass through the main gate, you'll find a maze of paths leading you through elegant pavilions, delicate stone bridges and ponds filled with water lilies and koi fish. Not to mention the ornamental rocks, arranged with artistic precision—a hallmark of the garden!
Of course, key areas such as the Hall of Heralding Spring, the Jade Magnificence Hall and the famous Exquisite Jade Rock, a rock formation of great historical and aesthetic value, are not to be missed. You'll love it!
