Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
What a mind blowing tour! Juan was very professional and knew loads about the Alhambra along with some important facts about the art and architecture. It all went smoothly from the meeting point to the end. The messages to make sure I knew where to meet etc were excellent and clear. Our tour had 10 people and this number was perfect. Thanks to Juan.
We had a great experience on our Zurich city tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and shared interesting facts about the city’s history and landmarks. It was a wonderful way to explore Zurich and learn more about the city. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour!
The tour was informative. The guide was young, eager and energetic and spoke good English. Only thing we found lacking was the information about monuments, structures themselves. He dwelled too much sometimes on the personal information and Spanish way of life
We had a fantastic time on the Dublin walking tour with Rob! He was incredibly knowledgeable about Dublin’s history and brought everything to life with interesting stories, fun facts, and a great sense of humour. The tour was engaging, relaxed, and never felt like just a list of dates and facts. Rob was a great guide and made it a really enjoyable introduction to Dublin. Highly recommend!
Luke was informative, engaging, and obviously enjoyed talking to people. He put in extra time and effort to show us places and tell us the history beyond the limits of the formal tour. His mother would probably prefer that he finish his PHD.
